Job Context:
∎ As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and supporting our customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ To address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ To Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.
∎ To co-ordinate property showings and viewings.
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
∎ To support the customer service team in resolving client issues.
∎ To participate in training and development programs as required.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
