Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
∎ Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by each team
∎ Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey quarterly
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
∎ Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
∎ Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
∎ Liaising with other departments in ensuring that services are rendered satisfactorily and on time to meet customer's expectation
∎ Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
∎ Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
∎ Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
∎ Knowing competition and strategizing accordingly
∎ Update customers on offers, promotions etc. when needed
∎ Visit customer premises randomly to set up good relation with them
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft applications
∎ A team player with leadership skills
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
