Client Service/ Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Online sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Ability to handle customers' queries.
∎ Follow up on the customer's complaint.
∎ Identify the customer's need.
∎ Ability to mature sales and perfect sales closing process. Have Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Have a basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be pleasant, Smart, and Good Looking.
∎ Basic capacity in English and Bangla (Verbal & Written).
