Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
∎ Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person.
∎ Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
∎ Ensure clear and concise communication to avoid misunderstandings.
∎ Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
∎ Update customer information in the company’s ERP system as needed.
∎ Prepare reports on customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
∎ Stay updated on product features, specifications, and updates.
∎ Provide customers with information and guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.
∎ Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Share customer insights with the relevant teams to enhance products and services.
∎ Work closely with other customer care team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance.
∎ Ensure monthly reporting as the department heads required.
