∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls to the prospective customers on the Clients Business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the Clients problem.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (social media), email & web chat.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader or Supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Follow companies communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
∎ The incumbent must have to follow any assigned job by the Supervisor.
