Call Centre Supervision/ Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give Technical support to Client via Phone, Email, Chat ( Skype/imo/viber ), Remote support tools or visiting client side ( Corporate/Dealer )
∎ Make technical presentation or define by team leader
∎ Weekly reporting
∎ Communication with HQ technical personal for further support
∎ Maintain support and follow-up corporate client technical issue
∎ Complete task assigned by Team leader.
∎ Offer technical training to Salesman or dealer technical person once in a monthly.
∎ Visit with team anywhere in Bangladesh if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Client support experience or willingness to give technical support to client.
∎ Good knowledge in Email communication, Skype chat
∎ Basic knowledge in MS word, Excel, Outlook
∎ Good knowledge in MS PowerPoint presentation creation and presentation skill
∎ Candidate should have Self learning skill via Books, Technical documentation, Google search, Tech forums
∎ Should have technical knowledge for Windows operating system. Installation, troubleshooting.
∎ Good knowledge about various types of malware and antimalware software
∎ Willingness to learn and always keep himself updated with latest cybersecurity knowledge
∎ Analytical skill for competitor Antivirus solution
