Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Entry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Print, package & send balance confirmation papers at the beginning of each month for all customers of trade division.
∎ Monitor & keep track of balance confirmation papers sent. To check if all balance confirmation papers have been returned and also to verify specimen signature.
∎ Scan all balance confirmation papers which are returned and to preserve both soft & hard copies systematically.
∎ Report management about balance confirmation status whenever required.
∎ Perform commission adjustment related tasks as instructed by the management.
∎ Make entries for sales commission in ERP.
∎ Make adjustments for commission with customer ledger as per customer demand.
∎ Calculate sales commission as per management approval.
∎ Basically the person requires to oversee tasks related to balance confirmation & commission adjustment and to prepare various reports as instructed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Calm and composed nature - with the ability to work under continuous stress and be a team-player.
∎ Skilled in MS Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint amongst others) and good in business communication (i.e. Email correspondence, speaking with management in concise and effective manner).
∎ Good in basic mathematics and computation and preferably be street smart (should be able to learn to cope with various challenges of working with field level sales personnel).
