Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible who has experienced with similar job in similar industry (Real Estate) minimum 4 years.
∎ This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure multi layer Audit Program in his assigned Projects & Verify the Quality of Work.
∎ To Checkout the bill of projects in different stage of construction works.
∎ To analyze the Civil, electrical, plumbing items to identify the actual cost & provide Variance report for each assigned Project.
∎ To check the different materials of Civil/electrical/plumbing works at project site by physical visit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should be energetic & keeps mentality to work with a team.
∎ Should have Excellent analytical capability.
∎ Must be Computer Friendly.
