Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all the operation of ETP and ATP and prepare operational cost report.
∎ Work for environmental sustainability of the organization.
∎ Monitoring and maintain of waste management system according to their categories.
∎ Identify health hazards & risk assessment in work place and make action plan.
∎ Create awareness on chemical related issues among the people who are involved in chemical handling.
∎ Ensure all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided & maintained.
∎ Check & monitor of safety equipment (Emergency light, Fire hose reel, Extinguisher etc.) in regular interval.
∎ Investigate accident, injuries or occupational related issue to understand the cause & take corrective action.
∎ Check & monitor availability of first aid materials & other welfare facilities in the work place.
∎ Preparation of necessary documents and conduct safety audit and ISO audit.
∎ Organize and train workers for health & safety awareness.
∎ Maintain liaison with local hospital and insurance company for the effectiveness of employee welfare.
∎ Confidence Batteries Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support environmental sustainability and workplace safety efforts. The role involves supervising ETP and ATP operations, managing waste systems, and conducting health risk assessments. The Executive will ensure the proper use of PPE, monitor safety equipment, investigate workplace incidents, and assist in safety audits. Additionally, the position includes training staff on health and safety practices and coordinating with hospitals and insurance companies to enhance employee welfare.
