Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
∎ Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
∎ Respond to comments/messages and customer queries in a timely manner
∎ Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
∎ Monitor ads on social media
∎ Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
∎ Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
∎ Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
∎ Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
∎ Knowledge of social media channels
∎ Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensures social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.
∎ Weekly reporting on social media engagements.
∎ Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
∎ Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 years' experience in the related field (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
∎ Experience in working as Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing will be get preference
∎ Good communication skills both in verbal and written form;
∎ Ability to work in a team and to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills (both in Bengali and English)
∎ Highly computer literate in Google Workplace (google doc, google spreadsheet and google slides)
