∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
∎ Handle customer inquiries over the phone, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
∎ Conduct cold calls to generate leads and engage potential clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
∎ Maintain and update data sheets.
∎ Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and customer satisfaction.
∎ As a Communications Executive, you will respond to customer inquiries across various channels, handle phone calls, and generate leads through cold calling. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction will be key. You’ll maintain accurate records, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and identify ways to improve communication processes and customer satisfaction.
