Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all commercial documents like invoice, packing list & bill of exchange and submit to the bank as instructed.
∎ Collect payment from bank and customer end.
∎ Collect Letter of Credit and prepare necessary documents related to LC.
∎ Prepare cash incentives documents as per Bangladesh Bank Circular.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ Assist to correspondence with foreign and local buyers for various export issues (e.g. export L/C amendment, correction L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions etc.) through phone and e-mail.
∎ Communicate & coordinate with inter-departments like Technical, BEZA, CNF agent, Accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Computer literacy with sound knowledge on Microsoft Excel
