Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, creativity, Familiar with SAP ERP system, Good at communication, supply chain management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG, Hygiene Industry, Pharmaceutical Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform necessary tasks to open LC, manage the LC-related activities effectively, deal with customs clearance, reduce port and shipping time, and reduce cost.
∎ Maintain a statistical item-wise database of each consignment, and calculate the head-wise cost.
∎ Do statistical analysis about monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly LC costing and present a trend analysis. Showing a way out to improve lead time and costing.
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison with different relevant government and business authorities.
∎ Liaison with multiple clearing and forwarding agents and keep track of them.
∎ Maintain and update the LC database in the software on time.
∎ Ensure the renewal of Trade license, IRC, MCCI membership, and agreements with C&F agents and other concerned stakeholders.
∎ Communicate with warehouse management to update delivery/receiving of imported consignment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Requirements of experience can be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
