Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Qualification: professional degree in commercial SCM will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing export documentation (eg. Proforma Invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, EXP, CO, GSP, SAFTA etc.).
∎ Ensuring monetary inflow by coordinating with bank and concerned party.
∎ Following up Bangladesh bank export monitoring system and collect PRC.
∎ Maintaining export relevant Govt. Office docs.
∎ Coordinating export delivery system as per buyer’s requirement.
∎ Processing documents for government incentive.
∎ Maintaining party ledger with coordination accounts etc.
∎ Work with CNF to arrange export related tasks.
∎ Collect and payment documents from Bank and Send to CNF.
∎ Prepare Shipping Document & Share with Sales Team.
∎ Unify to upload LC/SC with the collaboration of Bank.
∎ Follow-up with Customer to get all signed documents and ensure document submission to bank on time.
∎ Prepare and check CI/PL & BL Draft (as required)
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Export Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Import Commercial, International/ Export Marketing, Preparing import and export document
