Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA or equivalent certification.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, import documents making for a liaison office (Checking commercial invoice, packing list, GSP checking, CO checking and B/L checking),
∎ Well communication skill of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder & Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, submit documents to buyer / advise office to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments by the ultimate buyer.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge in ERP in the subject of checking GMPO against buyer PO, doing ASN, issuance debit note, posting under forwarder shipment and making sales invoice
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Accurate arrangement of all export document, file, folders archive for future information organize wise.
∎ Mail communication with buyer, supplier & others concern.
∎ Follow-up with suppliers for submission documents timely & forwarder if applicable.
∎ Candidate should have work experience in ERP software
∎ Candidate should have experience on the procedure of surrender B/L
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years job experience is required in the same field.
∎ Proficiency in MS office system & English communication skill
Salary:
∎ As per company structure
