Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ For the post of Executive in our Commercial Team, we are looking for some enthusiastic professionals who can Manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with vendors, arrangement of supporting documents for the opening of L/C by client, monitoring of shipment and coordinate with vendors for the preparation & timely submission of shipping documents.
∎ Well conversant and Proficiency in English (both in written & spoken) is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing correspondences with foreign Principals for collecting Proforma Invoice and other necessary documents based on customer's demand for opening of L/C.
∎ Co-operate with foreign suppliers for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.
∎ Liaise with Suppliers and Clients for providing proper feedback on Shipping Documents, Certifications and assist them to understand the proper terms and conditions of LC.
∎ Tracking and following up goods shipment for ensuring on time delivery and need to act accordingly.
∎ Ensure commercial documentation activities with all relevant stakeholders and follow up with payments accordingly.
∎ Responsible for all the coordination related to Custom clearance of imported materials.
∎ Maintain liaison with supplier, client, C&F Agent, Shipping agent, Bank, and Insurance Company.
∎ Maintaining detailed planning for Payment Clearance, keep the update of payment status and collection of payment swift copy.
∎ Maintaining periodical details and summary reporting system to line manager or respective body.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of relevant necessary documents (soft and hard) as per prescribed format.
∎ Ensuring pre & post-delivery activities, for example invitation, schedule management for installation/commissioning/service/inspection etc. maintaining internal and external communication.
∎ Maintaining regulatory compliance issues of the organization and keeping up to date.
