Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Graduate, preferably Business or Management Graduate or MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and continuous review right assortment based on store locality, footfall drive, customers demand and potential business strategy with ensuring ROI on sales and profitability.
∎ Ensure SMART stock planning through push and pull driven replenishment. Continuous item sales assessment for high moving, sleeping, overstock and next drive for stock out or clearance sales by co-ordination with category managers.
∎ Accumulate all category promotion to make a synchronize plan of target by category on individual outlets and communicate to concern person.
∎ Responsible to ensure positive trend on promotion impact with identifying the GAP on non-success promotion and recommendation to improve next promotion design.
∎ Ensure economical display and merchandising activities with proper evaluation of category layout plan.
∎ Analyse sub category level evaluation to prepare category ranking and score card for category development activities such as sourcing, quality, pricing, margin, vendor performance, etc.
∎ Assist supervisor to generate various type of report, analysis, ppt as per business requirements.
∎ Following Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

∎ Sound Knowledge of SAP ERP Systems
∎ Sound Knowledge of MS Office Applications
