Job Context:
∎ SBU Info: Global Aviation Services Ltd. (GSA - Cathay Pacific Airways Limited & Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited) is the flagship company of Expo Group Bangladesh.
∎ Job Context: The incumbent will be responsible for Cargo operational activities entailing cargo acceptance, warehouse functions, ramp handling and other pre & post flight activities and routine report preparations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly function different duties of warehouse as per CX/KA policy & guidelines
∎ Pre-flight disposition of the loads on Flights.
∎ Acceptance of ULD build-up of cargo.
∎ Proper weighting and measuring of dims of each shipment during acceptance.
∎ Weight / Volume check statistic.
∎ Update all system information in Cargo Spot (Both Export & Import).
∎ Ramp Services on Freighter/ Pax Flights as per defined SOP
∎ Co-ordination with our Ground Handling Agent & Ground Support Equipment Agent.
∎ Any other assigned work as and when require by the supervisor.
∎ For Export, contact customers on daily basis for booked cargo status and update sales team accordingly;
∎ For Import, follow up with customers to inform shipment status and assist in delivery;
∎ Initiate Tracing and Tracking worldwide when required
∎ Action on all export-import related telexes & mails.
∎ Post Flight administration of KA/ CX Flights (Flight files checking)
∎ ULD Management and inventory record
∎ Any other assignment or functions as and when assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
