Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive labor bill from Project
∎ To prepare advance payment Summary sheet as and when required
∎ To check Physically measurement with Labor bill vs Quality
∎ To fill up location wise labor bill monitoring Sheet
∎ To check rate as per work order & work order specifications
∎ To check estimate as per BOQ, work quantity this bill, last bill quantity, cumulative
∎ Quantity with progress
∎ To check Labor Bill calculation
∎ To prepare Labor bill distribution (trade, contractor & project wise)
∎ To prepare Labor bill Summary sheet
∎ To ensure digital preservation of Labor bill
∎ To deposit returned security amount as per work order terms and condition & management satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
