Educational Requirements:
∎ B Sc. In Engineering (EEE): Minimum 6 yrs. Experience in EV & Automotive Battery, Industrial (2 volt), BTS, IPS installation, pre and after sales service, trouble find out and solution, direct customer and dealers/ product's service management etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after service personnel in view of BSR, ISR, Battery charging, EV, IB, IPS QC & trouble shouting ,repairing, load system trouble shouting;
∎ Dealer, retailer, end user, garage, workshop, parking lot visit and befit the benefit of our products;
∎ IPS and battery installation, regular service, trouble shouting and solution;
∎ Look after regular/preventive service of products to minimize complains as well as replace;
∎ Arrange pre & post after sales service/product's campaign, customer awareness etc;
∎ Arrange retail sales for creating loyal and sustainable consumers;
∎ Making data base of customers as well as prospect customers for business development;
∎ Planning and feedback regarding customer's demand, product's service/replace policy ;
∎ Management of service personnel, gather market's feedback than report to department head etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ They should be well mannered, pleasant, professional and good problem solvers as well, Should be self-directed.
∎ Customer Complaint Management, Lead time Monitoring, Customer Feedback System data analysis with action plan for improvement
