Job Context:
∎ In this role you will be responsible for the creation of compelling, high-quality design, playing a key supporting role in new and existing business opportunities, ongoing customer engagement. This involves bringing custom ideas and solutions to life through the creation of best-in-class materials across digital and motion, helping to support growth targets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ What you would be doing?:
∎ - Study design briefs and determine requirements
∎ - Schedule projects and define budget constraints
∎ - Conceptualised visuals based on requirements
∎ - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
∎ - Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
∎ - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ - Work with Content writer to produce final design
∎ - Test graphics across various media
∎ - Amend designs after feedback
∎ - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
∎ - Translate business and marketing needs into creative that is clear, compelling, visually interesting and intuitive.
∎ Abilities you should possess:
∎ - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
∎ - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
∎ - A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ - Excellent communication skills
∎ - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ - Ability to execute in fast-paced work-environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
