∎ B.B.A/ M.B.A. from any recognized UGC approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue dummy and shipping order within one hour of booking received.
∎ Send Pre-alert before Airlift the cargo.
∎ Preparing local & overseas invoice timely within 2 days of shipment departure.
∎ Smooth follow up for every shipment from departure to arrival at destination.
∎ follow up with airport & warehouse operation team, Issuing Invoice for Local & Overseas Parties, Submit costing requisition to accounts.
∎ Maintain each shipment file with necessary information. Original HAWB sort, print and send to the counter for HAWB released, maintain HAWB release register.
∎ Tracking air shipment and arrival follow up,
∎ Collect POD
∎ Coordinate to seniors for any given work. Maintain air shipment tracking DSR.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Error less communication and documentation for air export shipments.
∎ Intensive knowledge about MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
∎ Hand Working.
∎ Positive Can Do attitude.
∎ Ability to handle work load when required
∎ Team player.
Salary: Negotiable
