Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect buildings or apartments rent timely and deposit to the favor of specific account accordingly.
∎ Ensure payment of maintenance service bill, holding tax & utility services such as GAS, WASA, DESA, DESCO on time.
∎ Assist in preparing rental agreement/deeds renewal and cancelation on time between the tenant and landlord.
∎ Coordinate with tenant and project department on regular basis service to ensure service.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with tenants and other parties such as the land office, Titas Gas, WASA, DESA, DESCO, Rajuk, Fire Service.
∎ Coordinate to ensure cleanliness & housekeeping activities.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping activities and supervise supporting staffs for canteen management like hygienic wiping all tables, sweeping the floor of the canteen etc.
∎ Prepare office correspondence documents i.e. office order, notice & meeting minutes etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Practical experience in MS Word, MS Excel & email correspondence.
∎ Written and verbal communication in ENGLISH & BANGLA.
