Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet & welcome visitors and assist them nicely for their purposes.
∎ Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person.
∎ Schedule office meetings, interviews, and appointments when necessary.
∎ Maintain front desk with necessary deliveries and letters.
∎ Maintain a filing system of all required documents of Administration Department.
∎ Enable to maintain a visitors log book.
∎ Need to do meeting room reservations, catering arrangements and travel bookings as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in Front Desk/ Secretary/ Administration
∎ Must be good at writing documents, drafting and presentation.
∎ Must be good at spoken both Bangla and English
∎ Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Power point)
∎ Have good command on drafting & email writing in English.
Salary: Negotiable
