Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and control all admin issues related to transportation, safety & security, canteen, staff activities, and discipline of the company.
∎ Provide logistic support on venue for official meeting/seminar/workshop
∎ Look after transport & parking management.
∎ Initiate and monitor repair and maintenance for office building, furniture and equipment.
∎ Supervise the housekeeping of the office premises and ensuring proper furniture layout.
∎ Monitor the security arrangement.
∎ Maintain office stationery and fixed asset inventory and distribution and generate monthly report.
∎ Coordinate with all departments and HOD’s for all kind of administrative support.
