∎ Age 30 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage administrative activities of the factory operation from opening to closing as well construction projects including Safety & Security of People & Properties, Fire & Safety, Repair & Maintenance of buildings & Structures, Storage, Transport, etc.
∎ Ensure safety & security of people & properties through proper management/deployment of security guards.·
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and cost-effective operation of the company owned vehicles. ·
∎ Ensure neat & clean outlook (inside & outside) of the complex/buildings through close monitoring of the housekeeping activities.·
∎ Ensure that utility management of the company are functioning well avoiding any kinds of misusing. Maintain company assets/properties and make period updates for review of the management.
∎ Maintain sound public relations with concerned authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.·
∎ Work closely with Compliance and HR Sections and extend n/support to ensure compliance and statutory requirements.·
∎ Monitor wastes and misuse of company properties in all functional areas and report findings to the management for disciplinary action, as appropriate.
∎ Security Management: Oversee security protocols to safeguard company assets and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Fire Safety: Implement and maintain fire safety measures and protocols.
∎ Electricity and Electronics Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of electrical and electronic equipment.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of administration like-GD Entry and drafts, FIR Drafts, Charge Sheet, Service matter cases etc & coordination and management of various administrative issues.·
∎ Carry-out necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof.·
∎ Visits to the Office sites to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.·
∎ Maintain & monitoring camera access & visiting site office periodically.Arrange for guests/ buyers entertainment.Collect and Check night bills and disseverment through cash payment accordingly.
∎ Check & ensure proper gate pass, challan, voucher etc.
∎ Support compliance team to face audit and collaborate with external auditors when needed.
∎ Arrange protocol for higher official delegates including arrangement of their accommodation, foods, transport and other logistic supports.
∎ Arrange meeting, seminar, workshops and event management programs.
∎ Take special care for good housekeeping and healthy environment before buyer visit/audit.Oversee & ensure safety and security of factory assets, logistics and transportation.
∎ Check fire extinguishers in a daily manner and take necessary initiative if required. Ensure that the emergency doors and stairs are clear of any blocks.

∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.
