Admin and Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining petty cash
∎ Maintaining books of account
∎ Preparation of monthly /quarterly and yearly accounts.
∎ Maintaining all VAT registers
∎ Maintaining store register
∎ Preparation of salary sheet & payment
∎ Issue of VAT challan
∎ Preparation of invoice for sales
∎ Bank deposit of customers money & reconciliation
∎ Local purchase/ payment
∎ Preparation and Submission of monthly VAT return.
∎ Deduction of tax and VAT, submission of monthly information to regulatory authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' work experience as an Account administrator or similar role.
∎ Knowledge of book keeping procedures.
∎ Experience on accounts software Tally / Quick books.
∎ Good organizational skills and time management abilities.
