∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Billing, BOQ, Construction Estimating, Interior Design, Interior Estimating, Project Costing, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ BOQ of Architecture, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing.
∎ Cost Estimate & Analysis.
∎ Interior Estimate & Execution Cost.
∎ To prepare Tender.
∎ Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary.
∎ Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors, and hires out work as necessary.
∎ Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, etc.
∎ Work with the entire team, in-office and outside.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have Software Knowledge in-
∎ Auto CAD.
∎ Sketch Up.
∎ MS Office application.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
