Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduate from Any Recognized Public University will get Preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Billing, Building Construction, Construction cost estimation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to understand design & drawing.
∎ Preparation project execution bill, especially MES Projects.
∎ Prepare MB.
∎ Preparation of work schedule (Gann chart)
∎ Preparation of project execution budget
∎ Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses
∎ Preparation material requirement/indent
∎ Preparation of daily work program for various vendors and supplier bill
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction related materials
∎ Engage in material related market survey
∎ Able to prepare BOQ And BOM
∎ Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; entering data and generating reports and presentations.
∎ Maintain work consultant project manager, architect, procurement, client vendor and marketing concern to run project smoothly
∎ Checking of vendors and supplier bill
∎ Sound knowledge on rates of interior and civil materials as per local market.
∎ Able to carry out cost estimation
∎ Tracking and reporting expenses.
∎ Site visit to check actual work done against bill submitted by Contractors
∎ Prepare Budgeting of The Projects.
∎ Preparing purchase list in advance for phase by phase consumption that must match with the Project Schedule.
∎ Check with Delivery to ensure accurate amount of Delivery and thus submit report of Delivery Materials.
∎ Co-Ordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager for quality and quantity assurance and then submit field report.
∎ Submit report of Phase by Phase Construction.
∎ Checking Bills with the help of Project Engineer
∎ Attend Project Meeting at Site & Office.
∎ Attend Financial Meeting related to Projects.
∎ Attend General Meeting related to Projects.
∎ Checking estimates of other estimators.
∎ Arrange training program for other estimators.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in MES Projects in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent Communication skill in English is a must
∎ Good Interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be self-driven, and hardworking.
∎ Able to work under pressure and with teamwork.
