Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to estimate the total materials requirement of the projects and assess item-wise cost involvement based on architectural, structural, and interior drawings and specifications provided by the design unit
∎ Preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ)Preparation of CS and rate Analysis
∎ Approved BOQ input to ERP Software
∎ Cost monitoring with approved budget vs. actual cost for individual projects
∎ Always keep updated knowledge about the latest building materials and their prices and availability
∎ Prepare the projected budget for building/projects
