Job Context:
∎ As an Estimator, He will be responsible for BOQ & BOM Preparation and checking Contractor bill for each project.
∎ Rate analysis of any items as per present market price of materials.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of part estimate of project.
∎ Checking of contractor bills according to practical measurement.
∎ Checking of petty cash bill.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and BOM for each project.
∎ Rate analysis as per market rate.
∎ Establish project timelines and coordinate work activities, vendor involvement and outside contractors as necessary.
∎ Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers as necessary.
∎ Work closely with various colleagues, including architects, contractors etc.
∎ Making feasibility report for new land and submit to authority.
∎ Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
∎ Preparation of budget for ongoing project.
∎ Ability to use CAD programs.
∎ Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
∎ Use computer software to calculate estimates.
∎ Any Other task assigned by the management and superiors.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
