∎ B.Sc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields from any UGC approved university

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide end-to-end maintenance of all applications under the OSS platform and ensure customer expectations through agreed SLAs
∎ Partner closely with Technology teams to ensure the successful setup of/changes to hardware, virtual machine, cyber security, operating system, and databases associated with the OSS applications
∎ Deliver OSS (NOC/ITSM) software development and implementation project activities for multiple projects across all project phases including initiation, planning execution, monitoring, control, and closure;
∎ Create, manage, and track project phases, perform and ensure software testing thoroughly and conduct technical review or demonstration sessions with SW Vendors to assess the products and suppliers
∎ Develop, maintain, implement and enforce ITIL based processes for incident, problem, and change management and professionally maintain all software and updates regularly to address customer and company concerns
∎ Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch and check capacity planning, optimize existing solutions and system resiliency
∎ Analyze new report requirements, enhance existing GUI and dump reports and automate more reporting through Database jobs and batch scripting
∎ Enable service owner by proactive to support for uptime of Banglalink critical services
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of telecom experience in a relevant field
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Experience in OSS, Telco Order Management & Fulfillment Systems, Work Order Management, Trouble Ticketing
∎ Business-As-Usual (BAU) system support experience
∎ Knowledge on IT & Telecom OSS, ESS, DSS, and BSS architecture
∎ Knowledge on Operating systems, Databases, and Enterprise networks
∎ Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages including Java, python, shell scripting and open-source platform (Zabbix)
∎ Vendor management and negotiation skills
∎ Able to work independently and as a team, highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
∎ Good communication and collaboration skills
∎ Possess good interpersonal and deep analytical skills
∎ Be resilient in pushing through system changes and gathering support to ensure prompt project delivery
