∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Environmental Science, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Environmental Planning, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Labor Management, Motivation, Organizational Development, Payroll Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Supply Chain, Environment, Environmental Compliance, Fire and Safety, Health Safety and Environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Spinning, Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
∎ Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
∎ Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
∎ Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
∎ Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
∎ Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
∎ Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
∎ Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know the MS Office package and be able to type in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge of Higg, Water Treatment
Salary: Negotiable
