∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations and keep them updated regularly
∎ Ensure the Project meets its legal obligations in all aspects related to health and safety including statutory training and reporting
∎ Assess and review all equipment and operation related risk and raise awareness among workers
∎ Maintain proper documentation on every accident; investigate and find out root cause of accidents and recommend preventive measures
∎ Conduct safety inspections regularly and ensure all safety equipment are active and operational
∎ Develop health & safety policies and SOPs for the project and implement them
∎ Prepare a list of all Statutory Requirements related to safety, allocate responsibility & develop a mechanism for tracking
∎ Conduct effective training on health and safety to raise awareness among workers
∎ Stay up to date with all relevant health & safety legislation and recommend relevant alternatives to the project
∎ Prepare emergency plan and actively conduct emergency Mock-Drills
∎ Visit plant and project area frequently to coordinate E&S activities
∎ Meet with different stakeholders (Foreign & Local) to solve different safety related issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working Experience with ISO-14001 and ISO 45001 certification
∎ Ability to train and motivate people
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Package
∎ Sound knowledge on report writing
∎ Ability of hazard identification and risk mitigation
