Educational Requirements:
∎ M.A or B.A in English Literature/ Language/ Linguistics/ TESOL/ ELT is required from a recognized university with CGPA 3 and above. (Candidates must have graduate degree at least).
∎ English medium academic background will be given preference.
∎ Higher education or B.Ed/ M.Ed will be given preference.
∎ Training on teaching-methodology will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Medium of lecture is English thus candidate must have very high proficiency in English Language & Literature.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on teaching English Literature & Language.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Active participation in center events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ • Candidate must have good knowledge to teach English Literature & Language
∎ • Good knowledge of class controlling and students dealing is essentially required.
∎ • Experience in teaching in a good reputed English medium school will be given preference.
∎ • High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
∎ • Ability to maintain social media network will be treated as an extra qualification
