Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all machines related to cement industry.
∎ Lead the mechanical maintenance and utility team
∎ Develop sub-ordinates by imparting training to Foreman, Fitter, Welder, Rigger, Patroller & Helper to enhance and improve work performance.
∎ Operate erection and commissioning of machines when required
∎ Minimize machine downtime by prompt responding of machine faults
∎ Analyze trend and take corrective measures for repetitive problems.
∎ Prepare mechanical instrument requisitions for preventive and regular maintenance.
∎ Schedule and execute of preventive maintenance.
∎ Assist in sourcing spare parts by maintaining balance between cost and quality.
∎ Assist immediate supervisor to develop & implement SOP.
∎ Provide safety guidelines/safety briefing to sub-ordinates every day and create awareness for unsafe activities.
∎ Maintain all maintenance records according to the standard's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Practical experience in MS Word, MS Excel & email correspondence.
∎ Ability to manage people.
∎ Ability to work under heavy dust and noise.
