Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper installation, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of the LPG sector/Plant.
∎ Ensure daily operational maintenance, major maintenance, and troubleshooting of the LPG plant
∎ Execute and supervise the daily routine work of site maintenance.
∎ Proper knowledge of electrical power distribution system.
∎ Ensure the proper information and maintenance about the laser and motion sensing system, Soft-starter, VFD, MICROS, MOTORs, and Safety systems.
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality or safety standards for any work of the Plant.
∎ Maintain and update plant Maintenance records and prepare all required reports on the plant.
∎ Prepare daily maintenance report, safety spare parts stock report, and PR analysis report.
∎ Monitor electrical utilization, supervise the team and bring out the highest output from the team.
∎ Monitor and follow up on daily maintenance schedules and logbooks that detail all repairs and checks performed and record operational data.
∎ Develop an effective plan and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Report to the higher authority about the site condition & performance as and when required.
