Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/IUT/MIST/SUST/AUST
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team in resolving Electrical, Instrumentation control and technical issues.
∎ Analyzes current equipment; identifies areas of inefficiency and needs for improvement; designs and develops electrical & instrumentation system to meet those needs.
∎ Plan, Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components products and systems.
∎ Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all major electrical equipment Like FH, LPG Pump House, FF Pump House etc.
∎ Develop preventive and corrective maintenance system of electrical equipment’s.
∎ Ensure proper synchronization of power sources like Electrical/Diesel generator.
∎ Plan & coordinate and execute alternative sources in case of crisis.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with production department to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Modify, repair, re-fix and adjust all sorts of electrical equipment.
∎ Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance and operation.
∎ Plan layout of electric power generating plants & distribution lines and stations.
∎ Excellent knowledge for Maintenance of SIEMENS PLC System.
∎ Complying with the completed inspection report in a timely manner.
∎ Lead & train the engineering team and oversees training of new employees.
∎ Allocates resources effectively including personnel, materials, and time.
∎ Review safety standard & ensures safety of the worksite during the course of operation & development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Electrical materials, methods and the tools involved in the LPG Plant
∎ Knowledge of resource allocation and coordination of resources.
∎ Knowledge on safety procedure in the Electrical machineries
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
