∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Process Development, Production, Production Process, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Quality compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & execute the Production & Distribution process according to delivery schedule.
∎ Provide technical knowledge and information to new clients during plant visit.
∎ Maintain production report in iBOS software related departmental task.
∎ Perform regular research work of various concrete properties and its behavior by systematic trial mix. Plan according to daily Maintenance schedule with Factory head.
∎ Check quality of all raw materials (Cement, Coarse Aggregate, Fine Aggregate etc.) according to ASTM and ACI code
∎ Plan according to daily delivery schedule with (Lab, Store, Accounts and Plant departments).
∎ Supervise and create duty schedule all lab supervisors, technicians & assistants.
∎ Keep various data related to systematic trial mix.
∎ Supervise the work of factory every team member.
∎ Deliver Weekly, monthly training and meet with every team member.
∎ Site inspection, pre-measurement and post measurement.
∎ Supervise production, Product delivery and logistics.
∎ Prepare Various Report.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
