Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of PLC, Electric control panels, and electric equipment's including lifts, HVACs.
∎ Maintenance of electric sub-station, generator, pumps etc. in high rise building.
∎ Prepare and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules of all electro-mechanical equipment's in the high-rise building.
∎ Operation and maintenance of fire detection and protection system in the building.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and Operation of all Electrical & Electronic equipment & others related machine.
∎ Must have practical working experience in HT/LT line and substation.
∎ Accomplish preventive/predictive maintenance Plan of electrical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare MIS related data up-gradation to achieve of targets for electrical maintenance periodically.
∎ Electrical drawing, load calculation of electrical system and mechanical works.
∎ Operation and maintenance of HVAC: Chiller, cooler, pumps and its related equipment's.
∎ Inspect the whole building regularly (Including parking lot, rooftops etc.) to ensure it meets safety standards.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of all lift and elevators.
∎ Work with subcontractors and vendors as required to carry out the various responsibilities regarding lift, elevators, AC etc.
∎ Maintenance of total building plumbing system.
∎ Monitor and Ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at Workplace.
∎ Arrange for periodic and schedule maintenance in building to ensure minimum breakdown.
∎ To communicate with tenants and manage tenant request for preventative maintenance requirements.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping of Engine Hall, Generators, lift, elevators etc.
∎ To check regularly electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision and is highly motivated to exceed expectations.
∎ Smart, Energetic & proactive in nature.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills.
∎ Analytical ability & Report writing skill.
∎ Excellent fluency in English.
∎ Expertise in MS Office Application.
