cement industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor functions of unloading, packing, grinding and operation related section from Central Control Room (CCR).
∎ Assist department Head in planning & forming the operations of production.
∎ Ensure Quality of the finished cement products within the acceptable quality parameters.
∎ Achieve the production targets within the agreed budget.
∎ Maintain liaison with various functional team i.e. unloading, packing, grinding during the shift to achieve production target.
∎ Assist in organizing training & development program to enhance efficiency of subordinates.
∎ Assist in developing & implementing SOP for the smooth operation of factory.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & cleanliness of the Central Control Room.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, Excel and Email correspondence.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Interpersonal and team work skill
