Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all types of civil infrastructure design, especially tower foundation, review of existing design and to recommend optimization for future procurement as well as cost optimization of existing expenditure by introducing new innovative ideas on infrastructure, Tower TPM monitoring etc.
∎ Design the new sites foundation & check all the existing designs for procuring most opti-mized & cost-effective solutions in future as per requirement of management by ensuring all the safety criteria
∎ Check the safety of tower foundation when there is a overloading case in any tower and make sure that proper measures have been taken to make the foundation safe
∎ Check & recommend the BOQ of civil infrastructures so that ordering is processed in most optimized way
∎ Follow up with the project manager so that implementation is ensured as per design and proposed BOQ
∎ Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to incorporate and satisfy their need in terms of design delivery for implementation of project in time
∎ Work on regular basis to optimize the design & find out alternate environment friendly ma-terials of civil infrastructures so that company goal is achieved on cost reduction & innovation
∎ Ensure tower TPM survey & rectifications is done in time
∎ Ensure all the design related data, drawings are updated properly in the system within the stipulated timeline
∎ Ensure amendment of the existing drawing during any co-location and new design/drawing is uploaded in the system in time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience
∎ Telecommunications Industry experience would be advantageous
∎ Certification/training in Project Management will be plus
∎ Knowledge in design of telco civil infrastructures, especially tower foundations
∎ Knowledge in different softwares for civil infrastructures design
∎ Good knowledge of the local laws for building infrastructure
