∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Context:
∎ Has to be the custodian of all stores Viz. DM, IDM & Finished good. Should have the ability to optimize the inventory as well as
∎ maintain stocks of all stores
∎ Should have the ability to release the production plan, sequencing of models as per customer requirement (internal & external)
∎ Should have the ability to identify appropriate sources along with alternatives for any given item for development
∎ Must possess good negotiation skills to get the best possible price
∎ In order to achieve the above requirements, He/She needs to carryout the following activities :

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Release Production plan - monthly, weekly and daily along with model sequencing for each shift
∎ Replenish stocks by releasing PO, as per reorder quantity
∎ Identify sources along with alternatives for any given part.
∎ Release report for daily production achievement, despatch and stock details.
∎ Release schedule to suppliers as per production plan
∎ Maintain adequate stocks of both DM, IDM & Finished good store for domestic & imported items to avoid any line shortage.
∎ Weekly colour plan preparation and updation
∎ Carryout disposition action for Non conforming product (MSN /PSN /RT)
∎ Negotiate with supplier to get the best possible price and volume discounts along with appropriate warranty.
∎ Budget planning for procurement of DM, IDM goods for yearly and monthly.
∎ Train & coach the junior engineers about SCM process
∎ Prepare and submit production, stock and desapatch reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Handling Non conforming products with care to avoid mix up with OK goods.
∎ Proper accounting of rejections to the stock.
∎ Despatch of rejected consignment back to supplier without any delay.

Salary: Negotiable
