Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Should have a Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering from any reputed University/ Institute
∎ Experienced candidates may apply with any other educational qualification
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly/yearly service plans under the guidance of the supervisor for the allotted territory/ service center.
∎ Implementation of all service SOPs with an aim to improve customer satisfaction or deliverables including service excellence initiatives.
∎ Actively attain customers and document customer complaints.
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer complaint resolution with logical conclusion within 2 days & feedback on products & services offered to customers, including major complaints, product performance, & warranty or FSC analysis.
∎ Ensure dealer-wise/ service center service reporting/ inflow targets are met along with service share/penetration.
∎ Plant/implement service promotional activities throughout the year to augment TVS Brand awareness/value, reinstate value addition/ offerings & meet customer expectations from products & services.
∎ Maintain good relations with existing as well as prospective customers
∎ Prepare the estimated bill for the service and communicate to the customers
∎ Assist and guide the customers about motorcycle maintenance and educate them accordingly so that they will maintain it as per standard.
∎ Assign the mechanic to complete the task in a proper way within the scheduled time by complaining about all service SOPs to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Check the motorcycle before handing it over to the customer and ensure the problems have been solved duly.
