Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all mechanical functions/ maintenance of the equipment of the plant.
∎ The smooth operation of all the mechanical machinery, equipment through proper conditional monitoring and timely maintenance
∎ Assist to departmental head with smooth operation and functioning of all types of equipment of Pack House, Barge loader, Unloading Section, E-Crane and Automobiles including Crane-Wheel Loaders etc.
∎ Prepare the spares list for the respective areas & keep the spares at the minimum inventory level (consumables and non-consumables)
∎ Installed good quality spare parts during repair and maintenance time.
∎ Ensure minimum downtime during maintenance.
∎ Monthly repair and maintenance costs at the minimum level as well as within the Budget.
∎ Regularly update logbooks & History cards for each & every Mechanical component in the scope of maintenance.
∎ Oversee the safety of the maintenance team & ensure teamwork in a cohesive manner.
∎ Coach the maintenance workers to enhance performance for effective operations.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation and filing of the official records as per company policy.
∎ Perform any other relevant works as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years' experience in the maintenance of equipment in the cement industry
∎ Ability to work independently with limited direction, in a team environment across functional and organizational boundaries is required.
∎ Competent knowledge should have Knowledge on Mechanical maintenance for industrial machinery & equipment.
∎ The candidate should have problem-solving capacity of the plant.
Salary: Negotiable
