Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ KUET/RUET/ DUET/ AUST & any others reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
mechanical maintenance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To complete Erection work with Foreign Erectors and ensure the proper erection work of Spinning Machinery;
∎ To make plan for new machine installation, proper commissioning & running schedule;
∎ To raise indent for local & imported maintenance materials, spares and to keep proper consumption record of the same;
∎ To make preventive maintenance schedule and to follow up their proper implementation;
∎ To ensure best performance of production workers, maintenance workers, quality supervisors and to organize they well by proper training and motivation;
∎ Proper manpower management in the factory and to ensure their best performance to achieve target production;
∎ To ensure target production, quality of ongoing process;
∎ To attend any complaint, arise anywhere regarding quality and make better solution against the complaint;
∎ Should expert in MS word, Excel, power point & Auto CAD;
∎ To lead a team of general shift & shift as well as take liabilities;
∎ To communicate with shift-In charge & Section-In-Charge in any emergency;
∎ To follow up LOG sheets properly;
∎ To implement the jobs plan through Shift-In-charge & Section-In-Charge to the acting force (Supervisor & skilled Technician/ Maintenance People) by the direct instruction of head of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant areas for Engineer.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good knowledge of MS office, Auto CAD.
∎ Must be willing to work in a team environment
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have long term plan for career development.
