Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from public or well-reputed private universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct factory inspections in accordance with the Electrical and Fire safety standards and make reports and corrective action plans (CAP). Perform Electrical and fire safety assessment according to BNBC, NFPA, MOLE, DIFE & RSC (Accord) Alliance standards.
∎ Design and Drawing of Electrical Layout diagrams, Single line diagrams (SLD), Lightning Protection Systems (LPS), and drafting and designing logos, posters, brochures, and banners by using Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD, and Photoshop.
∎ Identification of non-conformity at the workplace, & engineering control to ensure the safety measurement & Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
∎ Implement & maintain ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 in all SBU's.
∎ Preparing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Policy & SOP development & delivering training on various scopes like Environment, Health & Safety.
∎ Ensure compliance & sustainability with on-site safety Procedures.
∎ Managing activities such as recycling, energy efficiency, and conservation & emerging trends, programs, and issues in occupational health and safety and labor standard. Continuing Bangladesh Accord activities and responsibilities to ensure a sustainable safe industrial workplace.
∎ Conduct audits and documentation as per requirements.
∎ Generate analytical reports by Microsoft products & Power BI.
∎ Giving consultancy to management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Willing to move anywhere in Bangladesh on frequent basis for operational purpose.
∎ Good knowledge of Workplace Safety and compliance, Fire & Electrical Safety (Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Sprinkler System) Electrical Installation (Substation, Switchgear), fire detection & protection system, and maintenance.
∎ Clear knowledge on NFPA70, NFPA70B, NFPA70E, NFPA1, NFPA10, NFPA13, NFPA14, NFPA20, NFPA72, NFPA80, NFPA101, NTPA, IEC and BNBC, BERC.
∎ Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft products & Power BI.
