∎ B. Sc. in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering. Candidates having diploma in Engineering with experience in tractor service are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure after sales service of Agro Machinery equipment like Tractor
∎ Monitor service operation & activities of tractor all over the country
∎ Communicating with principal regarding service & workshops
∎ Forecast & maintain spare parts inventory as per requirement to manage the overall activities related to spare parts sales.
∎ Generate monthly field service report, product market feedback report and warranty issues as and when required
∎ Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures in line with the businesses ISO accreditation
∎ Follow-up with SCM regarding all requisitions
∎ Technical support to Team AMD
∎ Product performance analysis John Deere Vs competition
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good technical knowledge in Service / Maintenance of Tractor.
∎ Experience of handling technical staff in order to meet all client requirements
∎ Should have leadership qualities and the ability to handle pressure
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Full mobility to travel
