Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure technical/engineering support to customers
∎ As per company demands, candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Capable for fault findings electronics PCB board of VFD/ Inverter, PLC, HMI, SERVO Drive.
∎ VFD / Inverter, PLC, HMI, Servo Drive & Motor Installation.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Maintain service activity records and prepare service reports.
∎ Respond to service inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
∎ Reporting and documentations of all relevant data.
