Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Project Work Program along with Organogram after duly considering time and action plan to complete the project.
∎ Plan & monitor the progresses of the project.
∎ Find out ways for cost minimization which need to be included Man, Machine, Materials, Method and Money.
∎ To co-ordinate with Designers (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers etc.) and provide necessary decisions to execute the Project.
∎ To co-ordinate with different departments involved in the project & execute the plan for timely completion of the project.
∎ To coordinate & examine project progress as per Work Schedule.
∎ To hold meeting regularly and surely with project personnel and contractors to find out operational and administrative problems and to eradicate those.
∎ To ensure works to be carried out with proper quality and in consistent with Working Drawings.
∎ To check and ensure following on regular intervals:
∎ That site stores are safe and secured with no excess and unused materials.
∎ Those proper qualities of materials are procured and needed.
∎ That quality & required manpower being used as per Organogram of the project.
∎ To certify and ensure all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management
∎ Provide safety & security guidelines of the projects and taking proper measures to safeguard Man, Machine, Material, Plant and Money.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s) for B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
∎ At least 3 year(s) for Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge about Estimation, Budgeting, Billing, Auto CAD & MS Office, Excel and Power Point etc.
∎ Experience on timely completion of the projects with quality.
∎ Good interpersonal, communication skills and with reporting skills with Management & Foreigners.
∎ Honest, sincere and dedicated towards the profession.

Salary:
